Select Product Composition And Packiing

(Select required products compositon which you want to manufacture with your own brand. Shortlist your desired product and share it with us. Share it on our email id/whatsapp or call us for their quotation which includes all cost and expenses related to product manufacturing.

Finalizng Order Quanity

(You must finalize the order quantity of the selected product. While concluding the order quantity, you have to keep batch size in mind. As mention by us, minimum order quantity for required product will be 300 to 500 boxes in tablets and capsules section. For liquid and dry syrups, it will be 3,000. For injections, it will be 3,000 to 5,000.

Prepare Purchase Order

After finalizing composition and order quantity for third party manufacturing, you must raise a purchase order to our email id. Then, we will confirm your purchase order. After comfirmation, partial advance payment should be deposit to initiate the process.

Submission Of Documents

You need to submit various documents like company profile, directors and company documents (aadhar card and pan card) copy of resolution for authorized signatory to deal. In addition, drug license, gst registration certificate and agreement for manufacturing.

Finalize Artwork

After advance payment and submission of documents, you must finalize your design artwork. There are various steps involved in this that you have to keep in mind while finalizing artwork.

  • Check brand name availability on official ip india website and brand name registeration.
  • Check design and colour combination
  • Check packing and composition details.
  • Check marketed by company name, logo and address.
  • Check spelling correction to finalize the approval.

Product Delivery

After product manufacturing, you will receive proforma invoice with the details of products. You need to submit rest of the amount against invoice. After the clearance of accounts, your products will be dispached through best distribution channel transporter.
